纳米零价铁和磁铁矿纳米颗粒对厌氧消化性能和大环内酯、氨基糖苷类、β-内酰胺抗性基因减少的影响

摘要

       通过一系列为期 100 天的半连续中温厌氧消化研究纳米级零价铁 (NZVI) 和磁铁矿纳米粒子 (Fe3O4 NPs) 对厌氧消化 (AD) 性能的影响。 结果表明,添加0.5g/L Fe3O4 NPs和1.0g/L NZVI后,沼气产量分别增加了24.44%和21.66%。 此外,还研究了五种广泛存在的抗生素抗性基因(ARG)(ermF、ermA、ermT、aac(6')-IB、blaOXA-1)的丰度。 在 AD 过程中观察到 aac(6')-IB 和 blaOXA-1 丰度的减少,平均去除率分别为 95.69% 和 44.82%。 与对照组相比,NZVI 组中的大部分 ARG,尤其是 ermA 和 ermT 含量较低。 总体结果表明,NZVI 和 Fe3O4 NPs 的添加有助于更好的污泥厌氧消化性能,NZVI 有利于去除一些 ARGs。

       A series of 100-day semi-continuous mid-temperature anaerobic digestion was conducted to study the effect of nano-scale zero-valent iron (NZVI) and magnetite nanoparticles (Fe3O4 NPs) on the performance of anaerobic digestion (AD). The results showed that after adding 0.5g/L Fe3O4 NPs and 1.0g/L NZVI, the biogas production increased by 24.44% and 21.66%, respectively. In addition, the abundance of five widely existing antibiotic resistance genes (ARG) (ermF, ermA, ermT, aac(6')-IB, blaOXA-1) was also studied. During AD, the abundance of aac(6')-IB and blaOXA-1 decreased, and the average removal rate was 95.69% and 44.82%, respectively. Compared with the control group, most ARGs in the NZVI group, especially ermA and ermT, contained lower levels. The overall results show that the addition of NZVI and Fe3O4 NPs contributes to better sludge anaerobic digestion performance, and NZVI is beneficial to remove some ARGs.
