       聚集蛋白聚糖的蛋白水解降解是骨关节炎病理学的标志。在这项研究中，我们首次分析了非洲骨关节炎人群中降解蛋白聚糖的标志物，本研究的目的是评估新的蛋白聚糖降解标志物（ARGS、NITEGE）片段的价值与突尼斯人群膝骨关节炎 (OA) 的临床和放射学进展之间的关系。
       The proteolytic degradation of aggrecan is a hallmark of osteoarthritis pathology. In this study, we analyzed the markers of proteoglycan degradation in the African osteoarthritis population for the first time. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of new proteoglycan degradation markers (ARGS, NITEGE) fragments and the value of the Tunisian population. The relationship between the clinical and radiological progression of osteoarthritis (OA).
